About Len Bomba

Len Bomba Hello and welcome to my photography gallery.

My journey into the fascinating world of photography began in 2007 when I decided I was ready to upgrade from a very basic point-and-shoot camera to something that would allow me more options for the photographs I was taking. I chose an Olympus SP-560UZ which proved to be the perfect camera to learn my craft with. It did not accommodate interchangeable lenses...cuz I was a newbie and what did I know? I used this camera for the next ten years taking a variety of wonderful photographs covering a gamut of subjects. In 2017 I was gifted a new Nikon D3400 camera with an 18-55mm lens and a 70-300mm lens. Now I was raring to go.

If I had to choose a favorite subject I would have to say florals. I have always been drawn to flowers...especially seeing them up close and personal. I am drawn to macro photography because it lets me get my camera in close to capture the inner world of a flower. They are truly amazing. I am also blessed to have the Ogden Botanical Gardens nearby. In general, my take on photography is this...Photography allows me to see a hidden beauty to the world that only the lens of a camera can capture. With that said...I most enjoy trying to capture things in a way that escapes or is overlooked by most viewers.

My work has been shown exclusively on another website for about 12 years. Only recently I decided to transition my photography to Fine Art America. Loading all of my work from the past is not practical nor would it be an easy undertaking since my full gallery contains more than 700 images. Since it's going to take a bit of time to populate my gallery with more images, you are welcome to visit my full gallery at: www.redbubble.com/people/lenslens/shop.

I truly hope you enjoy what you see here. Visit my website at: http://len-bomba.pixels.com/. Your comments, critiques, questions and suggestions are always welcome. Thank You for visiting my gallery.

Warm regards,
Len Bomba
